Thread Cover - Shade Ready Socket

Introducing our newest product addition - the Thread Cover! Add an upscale modern finish to our affordable Shade-Ready fixtures with the Thread Cover for the Shade-Ready Socket. The Thread Cover is available in our five standard Color Cord finishes and is designed to fit over our Shade Ready Socket and Shade Ready Socket with Extended threads in Black or Ivory. This cover conceals the threads of these sockets, adding a polished touch to your fixture assembly. 

This item is purchased separately and will not come on any of our current builds, but you can add it later or to past purchases with ease. Please note that these thread covers are specifically made for Color Cord sockets with threading and require one of our Shade Ready shades. They may also work with other shades which have the same 1 5/8 inch opening. However, this item is not compatible with other shade opening sizes and most likely not work with sockets from other manufacturers.

For all components and assemblies in our raw metal and raw brass finishes, it's important to keep in mind that these are untreated and intended to have a natural, industrial look. They are designed to be in their raw state with imperfections and color variations, which will oxidize and tarnish over time, similar to upcycled applications. However, our raw finish is perfect for anyone who wants to buff and polish the brass to their liking or sand and paint the metal to the color of their choosing.
