This customizable power cord whip is a ready-to-wire power cord set built to bring your fixture to life exactly the way you pictured it. Choose from 46+ cloth-covered cord colors, set your length anywhere from 4 to 16 feet, and add a thumb switch right in the Customizer if you want one. Each whip is handmade to order in our Denver workshop and comes standard with a 2-prong plug, ready to power your next plug-in light fixture.

Heads up: UL Listing applies to this whip as shipped — it doesn't automatically extend to the final fixture you build with it. As with any electrical project, we recommend consulting a licensed electrician if you have questions about your specific setup.

Every whip starts as a prefabricated power cord set that you customize down to the details. Beyond our 46+ standard cord colors, prepared ends are available depending on your project — so whether you're wiring a one-off lamp or specifying a whole run of fixtures, you can build exactly what you're imagining, not a compromise. Need it faster? Rush production is available right in the custom portal — just note that rush covers production time only, not shipping speed.

Can I choose any length between 4 and 16 feet?
Yes — length is fully customizable within that range, so you can order exactly what your project needs. Need something longer? Our 3-prong whip is available up to 30 feet.

Does it come with a switch?
Not by default. An in-line thumb switch is available as an add-on in the Customizer if you want one.

Is this returnable if I order the wrong color or length?
No — because each whip is built to order, all sales are final. Not sure a color's right? Order a color sample before you commit, or reach out and we'll help you choose.
