I plugged the cord in and the switch is facing the wall instead of facing out to the room. I had to twist the cord which probably isn't good for it. The cord holders are cute, but much smaller than they look in the picture. The quality of everything is very good.

The twisting of the fixture portion or the cord is quite normal and sometimes necessary to get the switch in the exact location desired. Thank you for your review!
