Urban Dome Shade

After a very long and expensive renovation, realized we did not have the wired scones that were supposed to be there, but didnt want to reopen walls and try to find a solution for wiring in a wall that contains a pocket door, tried battery operated sconces, but recharging them quickly got old. Searched for another solution and found this company. The exposed cord works well with the overall feel of our apartment. Paired with some plug in remote dimming switches mounting next to the bedsides and its literally perfect. My partner and I have done a lot of projects together and there’s generally some “tension” lol, but this was smooth as butter. Love the look. Love the functionality. Love it all. Already ordered other products.

Our home was built in 1946 after WWII ended, and it needed a shade that was compatible with the space (retro, not old fashioned). This share fit the bill, and we love it! Since we fitted it over an existing cord, we had to figure out a way to accommodate the larger fitter over the existing hanging bulb. One quick trip to the hardware store and I had some misc parts that fit inside the fixture and allowed the shade to stay up. Whew. It looks great!

I really like this fixture over our breakfast table. I wanted a white shade with a black cord, and shopping here allowed me to get exactly what I wanted. The online chat support guided me to the correct bulb, and an email to Customer Support helped me figure out how to hang it correctly. Altogether very pleased!
