    Exactly What I Needed

I bought a lamp from an estate sale and it didn't work. I was able to get a part number off the socket. When I googled the part number it took me to your store. I was skeptical that I would be able to fix this myself, but I did! Thank you!!!

Very good and timely service but...

Very good and timely service, socket seems to of good quality however...

This socket have a self locking system, so after I installed it need to added a metal cover and could not open it again. Would know how to “unlock” it ? If I need to remove it, the only way is to break it ?

Hello! I am sorry to hear that you had issues with your socket assembly. The socket locks into place for safety reasons, but we do try to provide warnings inside our packaging as well as on the product page. Feel free to send us an email to info@colorcord.com and we are happy to send a discount code for a replacement.
