How much white lamp cord do you need to hang a pendant light?

• Dining Tables: Measure 28–34” above the table.
• Bedside Tables: End 18–24” above the table.
• Countertops: Set 30–36” above bars or islands.
• Entryways: Require 7’ clearance from the floor.

There is some room for personalization within these measurements, especially if you plan on looping or tying the cord to create a more intricate design.
