This seems like a good quality switch. Time will tell. Wiring is straight-forward, but I'd recommend watching the online video first. Purchasing the T-3000 wire stripping tool is essential, I'd say, as is soldering the cut ends of the hot wire before inserting into the switch. The bare stripped wires are just too flimsy to insert without soldering those ends. Works fine so far.
