Product Details

For our raw metal and raw brass finishes, keep in mind that these are untreated and designed to have a natural, industrial look. So they are intended to be in their raw state with imperfections and color variations, which will oxidize and tarnish over time, similar to upcycled applications. However, our raw finish is perfect for anyone who wants to buff and polish the brass to their liking or sand and paint the metal to the color of their choosing.

Production and Shipping Times

We’re proud to craft all of our custom light fixtures by hand in our Denver, Colorado studio. Each wall sconce plug-in is made to order, so please allow 10–14 business days for production.

On a tight timeline? We may be able to offer rush production for a fee, just ask!

Wall Sconce Plug-In FAQ

How do you manage plug-in wall sconce cords?

The best way to manage your cords is with swag hooks and cord stays. Swag hooks, like T-hooks or pinch hooks, are designed for hanging lights. They help you direct and balance an overlong cord along the ceiling. Cord stays, including our unique bolo clips, are made to secure your color cord to the wall. Depending on the length of your cord, you can use a single stay or multiple clips to maintain safe cord management.

How many wall sconces do you need for my hallway?

If you have a long hallway, consider placing your wall sconces 6-8 feet apart down the entire length of the hallway. You’ll need to measure the entire length and divide it by your ideal number to determine how many fixtures are required.

We recommend creating even spacing between each fixture, making sure the first and last fixtures are spaced about 6-12” from the end of the wall. You may require a partial number, like 6.25’, to find the perfect spacing.

How high should you place a wall sconce plug-in?

Typically, you place wall sconces 60-66” from the floor. They should be slightly below an adult human’s eye level to ensure comprehensive lighting that doesn’t glare into your eyes. When mounting a double wall sconce plug-in above a bedside table, measure about 30” from the top of the nightstand.

Why choose a double wall sconce instead of a single wall sconce?

A two-light wall sconce might be a better fit for you over a single-light sconce, if you need:
