No Order Minimums
Order exactly what your project calls for. Trade members have no minimum order requirements, so whether you need one fixture or forty, you're covered at your trade price.

Your trade discount applies to Pendant Lights, Chandeliers, Flush Mounts, Wall Sconces, cloth covered cord, electrical components, and everything in between.

Order & Production Policies
We want your projects to run smoothly. Here's what to expect when ordering as a trade member.
Production Lead Time
Made-to-order fixtures require 10–14 business days for production before shipping. Plan project timelines accordingly — contact us in advance for firm deadlines.
Rush Production
Rush options are available at an additional fee shown during product customization. Rush reduces build time only — expedited shipping must be selected separately for faster delivery.
Cancellations
Standard orders: cancellable before materials are pulled. Rush orders: cancellable within 24 hours of placement only. Custom items and bulk orders of 10+ cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Returns
Eligible items returnable within 30 days, unused and in original packaging, with a Return Authorization. Custom items, bulk orders, and final sale products are non-returnable.
