Our Red 2-Conductor DIY Flat cloth covered light cord is sold by the foot so you can order as much as you need for your project. This SPT-1 flat parallel wire features an extra-safe PVC jacket with a double insulated cover. Each cord has 2 parallel wires surrounded by a jacket and an insulated cover finished with rayon cloth. This cord is not UL Listed but is suitable for lamps and small appliances. This wire is rated for up to 300V and has a max weight load of 5 lbs or 2.30 kgs. We recommend ordering 1-2 feet more than you need to compensate for length cuts and wire stripping. If you would like to use this cord for a light fixture or any electrical device, please consult a licensed electrician.
